Arrived, got on with the j… In a world where we generally only hear complaints and negative feedback, I thought I would buck the trend and mention what a great job your guys did on our repair recently. Arrived, got on with the job, with minimum disruption to my business and completed it perfectly. They also took the time to demonstrate the correct operation of the new switching they fitted. Genuinely a pleasure to deal with and in my opinion a credit to your company.We had several people look at the issue with our roller shutter who gave me all the reasons under the sun why it couldn’t be done. Royal Ind Doors took a different route and told me how it could be done and then went on to exactly what they said they would do while also remaining competitive on price. Great service all round. Please pass on my comments and thanks to your engineers that attended site.

We were recommended Royal Garage Doors by another loca… Our garage door is our gateway to repairing the people of Luton and surrounding areas vehicles. Luckily It failed shut but we knew no reason why! We were recommended Royal Garage Doors by another local business.After contacting them by email on the Sunday evening. Early Monday morning, we received a polite phone call to say one of their managers would visit and assess our site’s problems. Steve arrived midday and although we were expecting to be sold a complete new door as ours was 7-8 years old. He could see that it just needed removing first and checking for broken parts, (and whilst this was being done). Then the failed parts being replaced with new. Understandably, he could not quote without correct diagnose. We agreed and he arranged a team of two door technicians to visit on the Tuesday. They carried out the needed work of replacing a brake and new electric motor. Setting up the doors controls so it worked correctly and cleared their work-site clear and clean. Turn over- quick same day. Our business could now resume operate, at this time with no mention of cost!Wednesday we received a email with Royal garage doors invoice for their workmanship and parts used. The charges were very reasonable as there was no cemented deal agreed before work commenced. The quality of service very high. The team polite, knowledgeable and professionally equipped with tooling. Five stars, ten out of ten rating given. We would definitely recommend Royal garage doors. They came out very promptly following my request for a quotation. The engineers attended, clearly knew what they were looking at, carried out repairs on site there and then. Luckily no parts were needed. The engineers were very professional and courteous at all time and respected the school environment. We will be a returning customer.

The engineers s… Met James Cullen today and he genuinely went the extra mile after yet again the wrong sized lock plate had been supplied. Picked up a lot of useful information regarding maintenance. The engineers seem to only get limited information and communication with the office could be a lot better. I’ll leave my enquiry a week but then I have to start chasing for appointments. Pricing wise it would be nice to be a bit cheaper although on the whole the prices seem fair.
