In August, we completed the installation of some new electrically operated roller shutters, for a large garage area for Stewart from Otraps Real Business Solutions Ltd.

Requirements:

To supply and install two number electrically operated roller shutter door, controlled by high quality single-phase tube motor concealed in barrel assembly complete with safety brake unit, operation via remote control with two handsets and safety reflective beam.

• Roller shutter to be constructed from 75mm curved galvanised solid laths
• External manual override unit to 1no door for in the event of power failure and internal
• Manual override on the other door

All non-galvanised parts to come with primer coating. All wiring into a single phase 240v 13amp fuse spur or socket, to the side of the opening the motor will be installed on the door, this to be confirmed with client. Once installation complete, commission test and leave in working order.

With the use of core drill bore hole in floor next to bottom rail/panel of industrial door, then to supply and set in resin ground unit, secure receiving bolts to door and align, once set test and bolt using heavy duty pad lock. Then to install padlock electric safety switch to prevent door operating on electrics if door locked, once all complete test and leave in working order.

To suit structural opening sizes of: 2no. 5800mm wide x 2700mm high (Approx.)
